If you discover any damage to your apartment after you move-in, kindly notify us within 24 hours, so it can be documented.

All monthly rent payments can be mailed to us or you can use our online payment system and pay via ACH. Our payment partner is CSG Forte which has PCI-compliant Level 1, EMV, and encryption.
We kindly request that your monthly rent payment is made via cheque or you can setup our online payment option with ACH (Direct Deposit).
Yes, there is one in place for all rental properties. Depending on the property you are renting, we can always allow or not allow either one of them.
