You don’t pay the leasing fee until we deliver results. We handle everything—marketing, showings, tenant screening, and paperwork—all before you pay a dime. You only pay when a qualified tenant moves in.
Should a pet screened and placed by us ever cause damage that exceeds the security deposit, we will reimburse that amount up to $500.00.

**StanMark Inc. guarantees to propose a qualified tenant within 29 days from either the listing date or when the property is deemed rent-ready by the Manager, whichever is later, provided the property meets the following conditions: it must be vacant, available for showings, cleaned, and have all suggested repairs completed, with 3 sets of keys received by the Manager. This guarantee applies to properties with a initial listing monthly rent of $4,000 or less and is contingent upon the owner's compliance with StanMark Inc.'s full control over rental pricing. This guarantee is only valid for properties that are rent-ready and listed between February 1st and September 31st. In the event of non-fulfillment, StanMark Inc. will waive the first month's management fee. The guarantee becomes void if the owner rejects any proposed qualified tenant or refuses recommended pricing change. Valid for one-time use only.
If Refinity Homes/StanMark Inc. secures a qualified tenant per the agreed screening criteria and the owner refuses to proceed, the full leasing fee remains due. If the owner cancels before placement, a termination fee will apply.
30 DAYS HAPPINESS GUARANTEE: If the Owner is not happy with StanMark Inc. services within the first 30 days, StanMark Inc. will refund paid monthly management fee up to 30 days of management fees to the Owner if the Owner notifies StanMark Inc. in writing.
EVICTION PROTECTION - the $1500 will only go towards the cost of Refinity Homes (StanMark Inc.)' staff and labor costs to conduct the eviction legal filing and attend court hearing to act on behalf of the Owner. Other costs such as but not limited to legal fees, court fees, property turnover, plaintiff, and lost rent are not covered under the Eviction Protection or Eviction Coverage. Only applicable for evictions due to unpaid rent. **The Six-Guarantees will require an additional % monthly management fee, exact % will depend on property.
