All tenant concerns and complaints become ours instead of yours. We’ll have our repairman visit the property to assess the situation. We schedule the right repairman at the lowest cost. Furthermore, if expenses exceed a specific amount that we set together, we’ll contact you to approve them.

Our strict Resident vetting process includes a background and credit check, income and employment verification, reference checks, a personal interview with a experienced manager is our final step just to make sure you will have peace of mind.

We market our vacancies both in person and via virtual videos online. We also list the properties on our site along with other popular rental sites as well.
We collect your rent security deposit and monthly, will deposit them before the 15th of every month.

In order to insure investment protection for our clients, all prospective tenants undergo thorough credit, criminal and income checks.

Our property management contracts span one year, but any client can terminate the contract with 30 days’ notice. Our clients work with us because they love our service, not because they’re contractually obligated.

Refinity Homes is the new one-stop-shop for managing your home. Once you trust us with your keys, we take care of everything. Services include:
 
Prepare your home for future Residents – completing any needed maintenance or repairs and even assisting with moving out furniture.
 
Market and show your home – we take the pictures, including virtual walkthroughs, and source Residents. We provide open houses and guided tours, preparing, opening, and closing your home after every viewing.
 
Screen and place Residents – any Resident considered as a fit for your home will go through our vetting and background check process.
 
Manage the relationship with your Resident – you will not need to worry about dealing with Residents directly. Our Member Service Team will ensure both you and your Resident have everything needed. We collect rent, schedule home visits, and build the connection with your Resident and their new community.
 
Provide long-term care and fix any issue in your home – our team of Experts is on call, taking care of regular property maintenance and providing emergency service.

Tenants

If you require any maintenance to your property, please do not hesitate to contact us. If an emergency, such as a major leak arises, please try to contact us ASAP.
If you do intend on renewing your lease, as much notice as you can provide would be greatly appreciated, but we ask that at least 60 days notice is provided.

If you discover any damage to your apartment after you move-in, kindly notify us within 24 hours, so it can be documented.

You will be responsible for setting up your own electricity, gas and internet.

In most cases, anyone who is renting an apartment with us requires property rental insurance.

While your landlord always carries insurance protecting the apartment itself, the landlord’s policy does not cover your personal property. You must obtain your own policy to protect against loss.
Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, an additional security may be requested.

All monthly rent payments can be mailed to us or you can use our online payment system and pay via ACH. Our payment partner is CSG Forte which has PCI-compliant Level 1, EMV, and encryption.

We kindly request that your monthly rent payment is made via cheque or you can setup our online payment option with ACH (Direct Deposit).

Please find our rental application and paperwork requirement schedule. Guarantors may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, there is one in place for all rental properties. Depending on the property you are renting, we can always allow or not allow either one of them.
